USE OF PRIVACY POLICY

This document (“Privacy Policy”) is intended to provide information on how Aiwa India Private Limited. (Hereafter “Aiwa India”, “we”, “our” or “us”) collects, uses, processes, discloses, manages and handles personal data which is subject to the applicable laws in India. Please read this Policy carefully. By accessing our website, using any services provided by Aiwa India, signing up for any products and services provided by Aiwa India, submitting any information to us, or otherwise showing your agreement thereon, you will be deemed to have agreed and explicitly consented to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

In this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means information provided by you relating to a natural person that can be used directly or indirectly to identify an individual including through his/ her mobile number or email addresses, either from that information alone or from that information combined with other information. Such Personal Information may include, your financial information, password, Device (defined under the Terms of Service) information, identity information, location information, and/or log information.

This Privacy Policy is published in accordance with: (i) Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000; (ii) Regulation 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (“SPI Rules”); and (iii) Regulation 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, that mandates an online business market place to provide privacy policy with respect to handling of personal information and sensitive personal data and such policy to be made available to those who provide information under a lawful contract.

Some of our services are automated and we may not recognize that you have accidentally provided us with incorrect or sensitive information.
